Refund policy

1. Refund Policy
Lecka's exchange/return policy allows customers to return one/some items in an order and choose to receive a refund or exchange for a replacement product. However, we have some simple requirements for you to make an exchange/return.

You may request to exchange/return a product from your order for any of the reasons listed below:
- Technical error;
- Incorrect product as requested by the customer (wrong item code, ...);
- Damage: the product shows signs of damage during shipping.

The following are general requirements for returns/exchanges:
- The return/exchange period is 05 days from the date of receipt;
- You still have proof of purchase at Lecka (order number, purchase invoice, delivery receipt, bank statement...);
- The product must be intact with stamps, labels, original packaging (except for products that are defective or damaged during shipping) and accompanying gifts (if any);
- The product shows no signs of use.

2. Regulations on the notification period for product exchange/return
- Notification period for exchange/return: within 48 hours from receipt of the product;
- Product delivery/receipt time: within 14 days from receipt of the product;
- Location and method of product exchange/return: Customers can bring the product directly to our office, via post, or other delivery services.

3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the item, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


4. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
