Inspection Policy

We always aim to provide the best delivery service for all your orders.

After you successfully place an order on the getlecka.vn website, we will send you an email notification, including the details of your successful order.

We support nationwide delivery with a co-inspection policy before payment:

• Before receiving and paying for the goods, you have the right to inspect the product. Trying on items is not supported.
• Please open the package and inspect it to ensure the order delivered matches the model and quantity of your placed order. Do not try on or use the product.
• After agreeing with the delivered item, you will pay the delivery person (in case of a COD order) and receive the goods.
• If you are not satisfied with the product, you can refuse to accept the goods. In this case, we will charge an additional return fee, equivalent to the shipping fee of your placed order.

Note:

• When you inspect your order, the delivery staff must wait for you to check the goods inside the package. If the staff refuses to let you inspect the goods, please contact us via hotline: 0339 050 352 for support.
• We will not be responsible for the quantity, model, or defects of the product after the order has been successfully delivered.
• Please avoid using sharp objects to open the package to prevent damage to the product inside. In cases where the product is damaged due to customer error, we regret that we cannot support exchanges/returns/warranty for the product.
