Delivery and Shipping Process

Depending on the nature of the order and the customer's specific requirements, we will use third-party delivery services ("Carrier") including but not limited to: parcel delivery services from providers such as Vietnam Post, Viettel Post.

Carrier's Responsibilities

Product documents will be included in the package if requested by the customer. The Carrier will not be responsible for product documents during the delivery process. The Carrier will provide a delivery confirmation record according to the Carrier's specific regulations.

Delayed Delivery

In case of delivery delays, we or the delivery personnel will promptly inform the customer and provide an opportunity for the customer to cancel the order if desired.

We deliver goods to your requested location nationwide.

Maximum delivery time is 7 days

The time is calculated from when you place the order until you receive the goods, excluding holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays. During major events with a sharp increase in the number of orders, delivery time may be extended depending on the actual situation. We kindly ask for your understanding.

(*) In case of an outbreak or delivery area restrictions as regulated by state authorities, the brand reserves the right to refuse delivery.

(*) Orders will be delivered directly to the customer's home, except in cases such as: apartment/high-rise areas (delivery only to the base of the building), restricted access areas (restricted office areas, military zones, border areas, etc.).
